"Goddess Gathering" Workshop
​at Omaya Studio!

Part one of this workshop brings you into a state of "rest and restore" as you activate kundalini, awaken your chakras, and unleash your inner goddess. Then, in part two, we transition from self-care to stage as you are given the tools to perform your very own (optional) solo for your classmates and video posterity! This part is 100% optional. Alternatively, you can choose to watch the show to complete your self-care day in a state of inspiration, dazzled by the dance displays of your classmates and teacher!

 Feel free to dress up or dress down. Anything from relaxed yoga wear to spiced up bellydance class wear, to full costumes are welcome.
