Bellydance Vision Quest

This magical Bellydance class begins with a mindful warm up where you are encouraged to visualize something you wish to attain that seems outside the normal realm of possibility. This could be a higher level of dance mastery, a certain emotional state, or the manifestation of something specific in your reality. Your visualization can be anything you choose as this is a private thought that you will hold as you let go of any tension you may have in your physical, emotional and energetic being during the warm up.
Class continues with the sinuous movements of slides, circles, undulations, figure eight’s, snakes, and shimmies to awaken your chakras and open you to your higher level of consciousness.
This dance ecstasy progresses with steps, layers, and combos that ignite new movement and expression pathways to add to your dance repertoire.
In this heightened state of inspiration, you are encouraged to remember your visualization as you prepare to culminate class with your very own improvisation!
More than just a dance class, this is a moving meditation fit for a goddess!
