Come enjoy blissful, gentle Yoga classes. Gain a greater sense of flexibility and strength as you relax and feel rejuvenated! Move through poses at a slow pace, giving you time to feel subtle shifts in breath, alignment and energy so that you can tune into your body's natural ability to release tension and generate vitality! Class will include standing and seated poses, mood enhancing music, and end in sacred Savasana.

Ansuya is a certified Yoga instructor with a 200HR Yoga Renew certification underway and a 50HR Arhanta Academy Yin Yoga certification completed.
Her focus is on building a positive community of Yogis who value the science behind mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, using the basic tenants of research, practice, kindness, and love to gain wisdom and empowerment.
Her dedication to studying and teaching Yoga reflects her personal passion for self care and development as a pathway to know the “unknowable”.

Tuesday Mornings 10:45am-11:45am
SUPPLIES:
Students are encouraged to bring water bottle to stay hydrated.
There are some mats available for borrow.
Please bring your mat and props - if you have.
Advice on what and where to purchase your own props will be available at class.
